1. Study aid, not a certified source
Every lecture on the LearnSkill app is generated by artificial intelligence. Our teachers — Aarav Sir, Neha Ma'am and the LearnSkill channels — are AI personas. Their explanations are designed to make concepts click, not to replace an examiner-approved textbook.
Before an exam, always cross-check facts, formulas and years with your NCERT / CBSE / ICSE / State Board textbook or the official syllabus body (UPSC, SSC, NTA, Banking boards, etc.).
2. AI can be wrong
- AI-generated content may contain factual mistakes, outdated data, or fabricated citations.
- Numerical answers should be re-checked step-by-step.
- If a lecture contradicts your textbook, treat the textbook as authoritative.
3. Not professional advice
The app is intended for education only. Nothing in the app should be treated as:
- Medical advice — for health questions, consult a licensed doctor.
- Legal advice — for legal decisions, consult an advocate.
- Financial or investment advice — for money decisions, consult a SEBI-registered advisor.
- Psychological or safety counsel — for wellbeing support, please reach out to iCall (9152987821) or a qualified professional.
4. Voice, character & likeness
The narrating voices are synthesised by ElevenLabs and licensed to us. Aarav Sir, Neha Ma'am and other teacher personas are fictional characters created for pedagogy — any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental.
5. Third-party links
Lectures may reference external sources (Wikipedia, NCERT PDFs, government pages). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
6. Regional syllabus coverage
LearnSkill focuses on Indian boards and competitive exams. If you study a foreign syllabus (IB, IGCSE, SAT, Cambridge), our lectures may still help conceptually but will not align 1:1 with your paper pattern.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the app up 24×7 but downtime, degraded AI response times, or upstream provider outages can happen. Please do not rely on the app as your only backup the night before a paper — always have a printed set of notes.
8. Feedback loop
Found a factual error in a lecture? Tap the Kiko feedback button or write to hello@learnskill.io with the topic name and the correction. We regenerate corrected lectures within 24 hours.
